Beam Type Rack

　　Structure

　　A. Upright: the beam type rack (pallet rack) is formed by connecting two upright columns, the cross strut and the inclined strut through the nylon self-locking bolt. The combined structure effectively prevents the rack from destabilization after the bolt is loosened. Two rows of diamond holes are punched on the upright column, and the hole pitch is 75 mm, so the beam is hanged on the upright column and can be freely adjusted up and down at 75 mm. The section of the upright column is composed of 11 to 13 surfaces so that the inertia moment is large, the bearing capacity is strong and the shock resistance is high. The upright column of the beam type rack adopts the first automatic punching and then cold roll forming technology, avoiding the cracking and failure of the upright column caused by the stress concentration of the upright column.

Beam: the beam type rack (pallet rack) is composed of two column clips and the beam which are welded together, and the beam is welded by using two special double-C welded beams, so that the thicknesses for the upper and lower surfaces of the beam are doubled. This structure takes full advantage of the load resistance capacity of the material based on the design theory of the steel structure and has the characteristics of light weight, strong bearing capacity and low cost. The specially designed safety pin with the lug is provided when the beam is connected with the upright column. The safety pin with the lug cannot be easily pulled out and can ensure that the beam cannot fall off after being impacted by the external force.
